Sheri gets outstanding results teaching art to teens and adults

Sheri has over 29 years of experience teaching beginner to pro level art – some of them teachers themselves. To date Sheri’s students have won over 100 awards in competitions throughout Halton Hills and beyond, as well as scholarships from universities, artwork commissions, and other forms of recognition. Besides Sheri’s success as an art educator, she has extensive experience and accomplishments throughout the visual art world, as a member of various arts groups and committees, including the Public Arts Advisory Board of Halton Hills, as well as contributing to public art initiatives as juror on a public art selection committee for the Town of Halton Hills, and serving on the jury of Humber’s college-wide international art competition for many years. She is an Ontario college design program graduate herself, and also worked as a professional artist for many years, which included public art projects and individual works collected world wide. She has also been the coordinator/manager for education at the William’s Mill. With this spectrum of experience, she is an invaluable resource for each of her students.
