Over the past 30 years Sheri has made her mark in the art world in a number of ways. Her work has been exhibited in many galleries and resides in private collections throughout Canada, the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Shanghai and Europe.

She has also had many commissions throughout her career, including a large-scale corporate, public-space commission for the PowerStream Head Office, West Atrium Project, working on a team with two established glass artists. Her commercial assignments also include illustration work, such as a portrait series of high-profile global leaders in economics and politics for, a high-end investment magazine. Sheri has also contributed to public art initiatives at the municipal level, such as serving as juror on a public art selection committee for the Town of Halton Hills, and her current double term as a member of the Public Arts Advisory Board. In 2014 she became involved in the development of concepts for visual art and design for the Park 302 Project in Peel Region, under the direction of Baker Turner Inc., for the City of Mississauga.

Sheri has been an active member of the arts community, working with several arts organizations, and held positions on the executive boards of the Williams Mill Artists’ Association, Re:Vision Professional Artist Association, Credit Valley Artisans, and participated as a juror for the past 7 years in the Humber College Student Art Show, which is part of the U.S-based League for Innovation International Art Show. Sheri has extensive experience in teaching art to all levels of artists for 3 decades. Her students have won over 100 arts awards to date. As part of her teaching initiatives, she provides portfolio building classes to secondary students preparing for admission to post-secondary institutions, including programs in fine art, architecture, landscape architecture, industrial design and a number of other design disciplines.
